Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Redback Pest Management, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable to pre-paid bookings that are cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled treatment time.

  • A $40 booking fee will be retained to cover administration and scheduling costs.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded using the original payment method.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund. This is due to technician scheduling and allocated time for your treatment.

No-Show Policy
If our technician arrives at the property and the client is not present or access is not available, the full service fee will still apply.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your booking at no extra cost. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a rebooking fee.
