Redback Pest Management offers pest control services for residential and commercial properties, including treatment for cockroaches, spiders, ants, silverfish, fleas, ticks, rodents, wasps, and more. All services are carried out by licensed technicians in accordance with Australian pest management regulations.

3. Pricing & Availability

All pricing listed on the website is for standard suburban areas within a 25km radius of Townsville CBD. Properties outside this area may incur additional charges. Prices are for a single dwelling only and do not include granny flats, sheds, or separate garages unless otherwise agreed upon.
Prices and availability of services are subject to change without notice.

4. Bookings & Payments

Customers may book services online for selected treatments. Not all services are available for online booking — some may require an on-site inspection and quote.
Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. Afterpay is available on-site only, not for online transactions at this time.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

Our treatments come with warranties only when all recommendations provided at the time of service are followed, including cleaning, reducing clutter, and ensuring access for retreatments if required. Failure to follow instructions may void any applicable warranty.
